After you sign in to your account, you'll be prompted with several windows pop ups. Choose the ones that are applicable to your system tray and click on the "start" button on the pop up. Now you are ready to start taking screenshots. You will first need to right-click the system tray icon, then select "download image". If you're using Google Chrome, click on the extension tab and search for the Greenshot downloading option.
Once you click on it you will get a window popup with a download link. Follow the instructions on the next screen. You can click on the link to go to a page with all the tools needed to install the Google chrome browser. Once you finish you will be directed to a folder with a folder that contains all the images you want to grab on the screen.
